What you need to start
You do not need to upload any document to fill in the form. You only need:
- a company name you want (ideally 2–3 variants)
- the full name and citizenship of each founder
- a decision on who will be the administrator
- an email address or phone number we can reach you on
Are you a non-resident?
Registration is usually handled by notarised power of attorney, apostilled in your country and accompanied by a certified Romanian translation, without you travelling — though it depends on the case. Opening the company bank account is different: the founder has to be in Moldova in person for it. Select your citizenship at step 4 and you will get the exact document list for your situation.
